Class Registration and Cancellation Policy
A class registration canceled less than two weeks before the start of a new session will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Efforts will be made to refill the vacant spot. If the spot is successfully filled, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that there are no refunds once a class session has begun.
Non-Transferable Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are non-transferable to another class.
Missed Classes and Make-Up Policy
The Brick Clay Studio and Gallery is not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds for students who miss class for any reason.
Vaccination Requirement
All students must provide proof of vaccination. The CDC vaccination card or the NY Excelsior Pass will be used to verify vaccination status. Masks are optional.
Holiday Schedule
The Brick will be closed on the following holidays:

Make-up classes for these holidays will be offered during the 9th week of the session.
Inclement Weather Policy
While The Brick will make every effort to reschedule canceled classes due to inclement weather, please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed due to the pre-scheduled calendar.
